About the event
There is an art to extracting real value from your employees and partners. Some people are very expressive, others are not. We will either run a half day workshop or spend time one on one with your key employees over the course of a day. The purpose of this session is to explore the thoughts, ambitions, and problem spaces from a unique perspective.
People get so busy running their business, they often don’t often come up for air to reflect on how to plan and grow; not just run. Our job is to surface nuggets on information which may lead to improvements within your business.
